What’s Included

Heathrow Airport Arrivals

For Heathrow Airport pickups, your driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall after you have cleared customs and collected your luggage.

Your driver will be holding a sign with your name, and full meeting instructions will be provided before travel.

Flight arrivals are monitored so your pickup can be adjusted according to your actual landing time.

Dover Cruise Terminal Transfers

Dover Cruise Terminal is located on the Kent coast and is a popular departure and arrival port for British Isles and European cruise itineraries.

For cruise departures, your driver will take you directly to the cruise terminal entrance.

For cruise arrivals, your driver will coordinate your pickup based on your selected collection time after disembarkation.

Journey Times and Pickup Guidance

The journey from Central London to Dover Cruise Terminal normally takes approximately 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions.

The journey from Dover Cruise Terminal to Heathrow Airport normally takes approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

For transfers from Dover Cruise Terminal to Heathrow Airport, we recommend booking your pickup time between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM where possible.

Later pickup times are possible, but traffic can become much heavier after approximately 9:30 AM, especially when travelling towards Heathrow Airport.

Please note that Dover Cruise Terminal is a small terminal area. When booking your pickup time, this should be the time you are ready to meet your driver at the cruise terminal.

For journeys from London to Dover Cruise Terminal, we recommend allowing an additional 30-minute buffer before your required cruise boarding time.

Central London Pickup and Drop-Off Area

This service covers hotels, apartments, and private addresses located within Central London.

The service typically covers the following postcode areas:

W1, W2, W6, W8, W11, W12, W14, WC1, WC2, SW1, SW3, SW5, SW7, NW1, NW8

These postcodes include areas such as Westminster, Victoria, Kensington, Paddington, Mayfair, Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, and Marylebone.

If staying in East London, including Tower of London or London Bridge, please use the Central London services, as we will make an exception for this cruise.

Vehicles are allocated based on the number of passengers and luggage to ensure a comfortable and safe journey.

Important Luggage Information

UK vehicles are generally smaller than North American SUVs and minivans, so luggage planning is important.

Please select a vehicle suitable for both your passenger count and luggage quantity.

If travelling with oversized or additional luggage, please advise us in advance so the correct vehicle can be allocated.
