Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel transportation services booked with EC Minibus.

Standard Bookings (1–8 Passengers)

For private transfers booked for up to eight passengers using a single vehicle:

If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel your booking within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the booking becomes non-refundable.

Changes to pickup time, location, or passenger details can usually be accommodated if requested in advance, subject to vehicle availability.


Group Bookings (9+ Passengers or Minibus/Coach Services)

For larger group bookings requiring multiple vehicles or minibuses/coaches:

If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more before the scheduled pickup, a 100% refund will be issued.

If the booking is cancelled 10–13 days before the scheduled pickup, a 50% refund will be issued.

If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled pickup, the booking becomes non-refundable.

Due to the operational planning required for larger vehicles and drivers, early cancellation notice is strongly recommended.


Changes to Bookings

If you need to modify your booking details (such as pickup address, passenger numbers, or luggage information), please contact the EC Minibus team as soon as possible.

We will always do our best to accommodate changes, but adjustments may depend on vehicle availability and operational scheduling.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed using the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
