Terms of Service

By booking transportation with EC Minibus, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing the use of our services.

Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed by the EC Minibus team before the service is considered guaranteed. Clients must provide accurate pickup details, passenger numbers, and luggage information at the time of booking to ensure the correct vehicle is allocated.

Pricing
All prices quoted are for the private vehicle and include applicable UK taxes and standard fees. Prices are not charged per person unless a shared service is specifically requested.

Payments
For bookings of 1 to 8 passengers, payment may be made either in full at the time of booking or as a 50% deposit with the remaining balance paid to the driver on the day of travel.

For bookings involving 9 or more passengers, minibuses, or coaches, full payment is required in advance or a 50% deposit may be paid with the remaining balance due within 10 days of the scheduled travel date.

Vehicle Allocation
Vehicles are allocated based on the number of passengers and luggage requirements provided during booking. If luggage exceeds the stated capacity of the booked vehicle, EC Minibus may recommend a larger vehicle to ensure passenger comfort and safety.

Airport Pickups
For airport arrivals, drivers will meet passengers inside the Arrivals Hall after customs with a name sign. Flights are monitored in real time, and up to 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included after the flight lands.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must be ready at the agreed pickup time. Delays caused by passengers may result in additional waiting charges or vehicle availability issues. EC Minibus cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic conditions, accidents, road closures, or weather.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions apply according to the EC Minibus cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.

Service Limitations
EC Minibus reserves the right to refuse service if incorrect information has been provided regarding passenger numbers, luggage size, or pickup details that would make the journey unsafe or impractical.

Liability
While every effort is made to ensure punctual and reliable service, EC Minibus shall not be liable for missed flights, cruise departures, or connections due to circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to Terms
EC Minibus reserves the right to update these terms of service at any time to reflect operational or regulatory changes.
