Is your service private or shared?

Our standard service is private. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group. Shared ride services may be available on specific cruise dates but private transfers are the most common option.

Are your prices per person or per vehicle?

Our prices are per vehicle, not per passenger. This makes private transfers more cost-effective for families and groups.

Where will the driver meet me at the airport?

For airport pickups, your driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall after you clear customs and collect your luggage. The driver will normally hold a name board.

Do you monitor flights?

Yes. We monitor flight arrivals in real time so pickup times are automatically adjusted if your flight is delayed.

How much waiting time is included for airport pickups?

Airport arrival services include up to 90 minutes of waiting time after your flight lands to allow time for immigration, baggage collection and customs.

How much waiting time is included at cruise terminals?

Cruise terminal pickups include approximately 30 minutes of waiting time from the scheduled pickup time. We recommend choosing a pickup time that allows you to comfortably disembark and collect your luggage.

Where will the driver meet me at a hotel or private address?

For hotel, train station or private address pickups, the driver normally waits outside the entrance or at reception. Meet & Greet inside the building is not included for these pickup locations.

How do I choose the correct pickup time for an airport departure?

We recommend planning to arrive at the airport around 3 hours before long-haul flights, 2 hours before European flights and around 90 minutes before UK domestic flights.

Is the Heathrow terminal drop-off fee included?

Yes. Heathrow Airport terminal drop-off charges are already included in our airport departure services.

Do you provide Southampton cruise transfers?

Yes. We provide private transfers between London and Southampton cruise terminals including City Cruise Terminal, Ocean Cruise Terminal, Horizon Cruise Terminal, Mayflower Cruise Terminal and QEII Cruise Terminal.

What is the best pickup time from Central London to Southampton Cruise Terminal?

We generally recommend booking between 10:00 and 12:00 and avoiding pickups later than 13:00 where possible because traffic leaving London becomes heavier in the afternoon.

What is the best pickup time from Southampton Cruise Terminal to London?

Most passengers disembark between 07:30 and 09:00. We usually recommend pickups between 08:00 and 09:00 to avoid congestion at the port.

How do I choose the correct vehicle when booking?

When booking online, you will select the vehicle type yourself based on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage you are travelling with.

It is important to choose a vehicle that has enough space for both passengers and luggage. If the luggage exceeds the capacity of the vehicle booked, a larger vehicle may be required and additional charges may apply.

If your luggage plans change after booking, please let us know as early as possible and we will be happy to help adjust the reservation or recommend a more suitable vehicle.

Do you provide child seats?

Child seats are not legally required in chauffeur-driven vehicles in the UK. However, booster seats can be provided on request if you let us know the child's age in advance.

What luggage size counts as a large suitcase?

A standard large suitcase is approximately 24 × 16 × 10 inches (62 × 43 × 26 cm) and around 23 kg.

How do I pay for my booking?

Payments can be made securely online using major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What is your cancellation policy?

For standard bookings of 1–8 passengers, cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No refund applies within 12 hours of pickup.

Can I update my booking after confirmation?

Yes. If your travel details change, our team can update your booking before your journey where possible.

What if I leave something in the vehicle?

Please contact our office as soon as possible. While we will always try to help recover lost items, additional delivery or return charges may apply.
