Southampton Cruise Terminal Pickup Procedure
When your ship arrives, follow Cunard's disembarkation instructions and collect your luggage. Your driver will meet you at the location specified in your booking confirmation, display a name sign and assist with loading your bags.
Southampton cruise terminals include City, Ocean, Horizon, Mayflower and QEII. The assigned terminal may vary by sailing.
You do not need to know your cruise terminal in advance. Simply provide your Cunard ship name and arrival date. We will identify the appropriate terminal and confirm your meeting instructions.
Waiting time: Your booking includes 30 minutes of waiting from the agreed pickup time. Additional waiting is charged at £10 per 10 minutes, plus applicable parking charges.
